- •200 g Cherry Tomatoes
- •100 g Black Olives
- •30 g Capers
- •60 ml Olive oil
- •80 g Lemon
- •15 g Basil

Score the fish on both sides.

Season inside and out with salt.

Place in roasting pan.

Scatter tomatoes, olives, and capers around.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Roast at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
