Mediterranean Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • •800 g Sea Bass
  • •200 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • •100 g Black Olives
  • •30 g Capers
  • •60 ml Olive oil
  • •80 g Lemon
  • •15 g Basil

Instructions

    Score the fish on both sides.

    Season inside and out with salt.

  3. 3

    Place in roasting pan.

  4. 4

    Scatter tomatoes, olives, and capers around.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with olive oil.

  6. 6

    Roast at 200C for 20-25 minutes.

  7. 7

    Squeeze fresh lemon over.

  8. 8

    Garnish with basil.
